Return policy

Zinnia’s online purchase Exchange and Return Policy

Your patronage and satisfaction with your purchases are very important to us. We want you to be happy with the items you have purchased. Please take a moment to read our store exchange and return policy. 

Before exchanging or returning an online purchased item please contact us at zinnias.dedra@gmail.comfor a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. 

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items in new condition in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by original receipt. Items must still have tags attached and must be in unworn, unwashed and unused condition. Items showing any signs of usage or wear will not be accepted. All shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

In-store credit is available for returned merchandise. Returns may be made in store or by shipping your merchandise back to our store. We do not give cash back. We will provide a credit authorization at time of return. 

Return requests for store credit must be made within 10 days of purchase by either bringing items into the store, or by emailing  

zinnias.dedra@gmail.com

Once the return is approved, items must be received within 10 days of issuance of Return Authorization. Merchandise received after this date will be ineligible for return.

Please pack your items carefully as Zinnia’s is not responsible for damages occurring in transit for exchanges or returns. All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, unless your order arrives damaged. 

 

Damages

Should your item arrive damaged please notify us and send pictures within 5 days of receipt to Dedra at  zinnias.dedra@gmail.com. Please have your UPS tracking number available when contacting us to report any damages. This number can be found on the barcode of your shipping label.

Please be sure to keep all original packaging should your order arrived damaged. We ask that damaged merchandise be shipped in original packaging within 10 days of receipt of your order. You will be credited for the full amount of the item purchase price, plus shipping costs, once your return has been received and inspected. 

In-store returns of damaged merchandise must be accompanied by your receipt.  

 

Final Sale:

Sale items, or special order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Seasonal items:

Seasonal items such as Easter, Christmas, etc. may only be returned for store credit or exchange up to 2 weeks before the holiday. For example, Zinnia’s will only accept Christmas ornaments for exchange if received in store before December 10th.

Online Order Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling online orders placed with Zinnias Gift Boutique. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders may be eligible for cancellation, subject to the order status.

  • Once an order has been processed, shipped, and/or fulfilled, it may not be eligible for cancellation. Specific eligibility criteria will be determined at the time of the cancellation request.

Cancellation Procedure

  • To request an order cancellation, customers must contact us via email at zinnias.dedra@gmail.com 

  • The cancellation request must include the order number and any other relevant details.

  • Zinnia’swill make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests promptly. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled before it is processed.

Cancellation Fee

  • Due to the costs associated with processing online transactions, canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

    • 3.5% of the original order amount to cover the initial credit card processing fee.

    • An additional 3.5% of the original order amount to cover the credit card processing fee associated with the cancellation/refund.

  • Therefore, the total cancellation fee will be 7% of the original order amount.

  • This fee is intended to cover the non-refundable costs incurred by Zinnias  in processing the original transaction and the subsequent cancellation.

Refund

  • If a cancellation is approved, the customer will be refunded the original order amount, less the applicable cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Please allow  7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions

  • Zinnias may, at its sole discretion, waive the cancellation fee in certain exceptional circumstances. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

    • If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the product.

    • If there is an error in the order caused by Zinnias.

Policy Updates

  • Zinnias  reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version of this policy before placing an order.

Customer Acknowledgment

  • By placing an online order with Zinniascustomers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Online Order Cancellation Policy.
