Zinnia’s online purchase Exchange and Return Policy
Your patronage and satisfaction with your purchases are very important to us. We want you to be happy with the items you have purchased. Please take a moment to read our store exchange and return policy.
Before exchanging or returning an online purchased item please contact us email@example.com for a Return Authorization (R.A.) number.
We are happy to exchange items in new condition in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by original receipt. Items must still have tags attached and must be in unworn, unwashed and unused condition. Items showing any signs of usage or wear will not be accepted. All shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
In-store credit is available for returned merchandise. Returns may be made in store or by shipping your merchandise back to our store. We do not give cash back. We will provide a credit authorization at time of return.
Return requests for store credit must be made within 10 days of purchase by either bringing items into the store, or by firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the return is approved, items must be received within 10 days of issuance of Return Authorization. Merchandise received after this date will be ineligible for return.
Please pack your items carefully as Zinnia’s is not responsible for damages occurring in transit for exchanges or returns. All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, unless your order arrives damaged.
Should your item arrive damaged please notify us and send pictures within 5 days of receipt to Dedra email@example.com. Please have your UPS tracking number available when contacting us to report any damages. This number can be found on the barcode of your shipping label.
Please be sure to keep all original packaging should your order arrived damaged. We ask that damaged merchandise be shipped in original packaging within 10 days of receipt of your order. You will be credited for the full amount of the item purchase price, plus shipping costs, once your return has been received and inspected.
In-store returns of damaged merchandise must be accompanied by your receipt.
Sale items, or special order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Seasonal items such as Easter, Christmas, etc. may only be returned for store credit or exchange up to 2 weeks before the holiday. For example, Zinnia’s will only accept Christmas ornaments for exchange if received in store before December 10th.
