Scent profile: floral, refreshing, delicate and romantic

Daily – To cope with daily stress and challenges, inhale three times for 30 seconds, up to 10 times per day.

Acute – To cope with a particularly stressful or traumatic event, inhale for 30 seconds every five minutes
for as long as needed to bring the body and mind to a balanced state.
